The units are prized for their proximity to the beach, Diamond Head and the convenient Kahala Mall, noted for fine dining and a full range of shopping opportunities.

The units come in a variety of designs and are priced accordingly. All amenities are included: central air-conditioning, electric, water, cable and phone. The condominium offers 24-hour security, a swimming pool, library and game room, exercise facility, beach access to exclusive Kahala Beach, ample guest parking and wonderful privacy. It is located adjacent to The Kahala Hotel & Resort, which offers superior dining, entertainment and relaxing beaches.

Building Layout – Our Rental Units Highlighted

Many guests visit these units online and make their selections based on photos of the interior. All units rent for a minimum of 30 days and require payment of a general excise and transient accommodation tax (GET and TAT), which is currently 13.97 percent.
